Finally, after 51 years of marriage, we visited Niagara Falls.

These are the rapids leading to the falls. Imagine going down this in a barrel.

We thought the black squirrel was unusual. This is Samoset Resort at Rockport, Me.

The Rockport breakwater shelters the harbor and leads out to the lighthouse.

The Rockport Light is different than the one at Pemaquid Point.

Eider ducks at Rockport.                 We also visited Acadia National Park.

Everyone has heard of Bar Harbor.    This is downtown Bar Harbor, Me.

Acadia National Park has a beautiful shore with some of the rocky shoreline

for which Maine is famous.

One day we visited the HMS Bounty that is in drydock at Boothbay for refitting.

The plan is to retrace the voyage of the original Bounty.
